They’ll also be able to book one of our free, no-obligation consultations.
A REAL PASSION FOR THE JOB
One the agreed date and time, one of our expert managers will arrive to carry out the consultation.They’ll be able to discuss the work that you’re looking to have done, and to have a look at the floor itself. Once they’ve got all the information they need, they’ll then be able to issue you with a quote for the work required. This quote never changes. We value our customers, and that means no nasty surprises and no last minute additions. The amount you’re quoted will be the amount you’ll pay.
THE WORK
Our technicians will arrive (again, on the agreed date and time) and get going. The first stage of any restoration is to carry out any necessary repairs, such as replacing cracked floorboards or resealing those that are loose.
Once this is done, our technicians can then fire up our dust-free sanders and get to work. It will normally take two or three sandings to achieve the desired results, at which point one of our eco-friendly, non-toxic finishes will be used to add that magical final touch. All that’s left is to hand over the free cleaning kit that we offer to all our customers: we want the floor to look great for years to come, and we know you do too!
